Here’s basically how it will work if you choose to use us for your Web or logo design needs.

Step 1. You contact us, usually by going through the Quotehouse for Web projects or using the contact form for logo and montage work. We will correspond with you by phone or email to discuss your project.

Step 2. Once we understand your project goals we will send you a contract with a fixed price. Typically, each project has a design phase, a development phase, and a publishing, or launch, phase. The payment schedule is based on three phases - design, development, and publish/launch - and your final payment is made only after the finished product has been delivered. The contract clearly describes all costs and all deliverables. Your decision to use Duckhouse Designs can be made with complete confidence that there will be no surprises down the line.

Step 3. With the signed contract and initial payment, we will commence work on your project. You will immediately receive access to our customer area where you can check on your project’s status, view its progress on our testing server, and see your account information. Payment can be made online by credit card. We will communicate with you frequently as your project progresses and ensure that you are satisfied with each phase of its development before the next phase begins. We will program your Web site for maximum search engine optimization.

Step 4. After the project is complete, we will follow up with you periodically to make sure you are satisfied and to offer whatever support and assistance we can provide. We value clear communication and healthy business relationships with our customers!
