Shelter For Life International is a humanitarian relief organization dedicated to "enabling people affected by conflict and disaster to rebuild their communities and restore their lives." SFL's old website had been difficult to maintain and did a poor job of presenting the vital programs SFL provides in several continents. The new SFL site offers a visually rich and interactive look at this exciting organization, including Flash pieces on key pages. It is database-driven and easily maintained by the SFL office staff.

A growing church in Stoughton, Wisconsin, LakeView had an outdated website that communicated little of the lively character of its congregation and staff. By working closely
with LakeView's staff on visual and technical design, we developed a new logo and web
design that they are proud to have represent them. A variety of photos rotate through the
home page display, a slide show gives potential visitors a feel for Sundays, and eight
different areas in the administrative portion enable the staff to keep the site up-to-date
each week.

Dane Manufacturing is a precision metal fabrication and stamping company whose owner is committed to using the best available technology to serve the needs of its customers. This site was designed to provide an inside look at what distinguishes Dane from its competitors — quality, service, pricing and performance. The back-end allows employees to easily update news, virtual tour photos and product gallery.

WCA Services, Inc. is a subsidiary of the Wisconsin Counties Association, and seeks to provide valuable services and cost savings to local county governments. We created a new visual identity with the website and an accompanying printed marketing package, bringing out the emphasis WCA Services places on using technology to save time and money for counties. All text and programs in the site are now maintained in-house through administration forms.

Women in the Fire Service, Inc. is an international organization serving the needs of women firefighters. WFS's extensive online resources include hundreds of pages of articles, news events, memoriam articles, conference and event registration, a full online store, membership processing, separate password protected areas for members and trustees, a thread-enabled message board, an online newsletter, and job listings. This database-driven site is designed for easy maintenance using custom administration forms so that updates can be done by WFS staff.

ECI provides environmental consulting services to utility companies around the world. ECI wanted their redesigned website to feel both professional and earth-friendly, and to provide up-to-date information to potential customers, job-seekers, and the general community. The projects and job postings are database-driven and maintained in-house by non-technical ECI staff.

Madisonrunners.com is an innovative website that connects people who need some work done with people who need some cash in the greater Madison community. This project combines a fun illustrative design with back-end complexities such as ACH funds transfer, recurring billing, user-specific displays, and mass email functionality.
